Don't try to cancel and relocate to a different place like the Hilton down the road because they won't give you your money back. There are zero beach cabana's so don't waste your money on the rekindle the romance package because there is also no privacy for the candle light dinner, you're in a line of tables with about 8-12 other people. They said they would bring a pot for me if they didn't have packets, I asked every day twice a day for 5 days, it never came. I asked for Decaf coffee the say we arrived it never came. I watched them take a salad that a man had put salt and pepper on from in front of him and give it to a completely different couple - they gave him the wrong salad. Dinner expect to wait around 2 hours start to finish. Bad: the service - expect any meal to take at least 40 minutes. Good: the ocean, the monkeys, the stray cats. It's probably easiest if I just break it down by good and bad. After 20 minutes I just want to leave my stuff and go eat, I just sat in a plane for 4 hours.
